Handle overall human resources functions & office management
Support the implementation of regional & global HR projects
Handle visa & work permit applications, and extensions for expatriate staffs
Coordinate in staff training & development
Manage employee relations & staff welfare issues
Consult on HR related issues to company management & employees
Monitor all staffs time attendance, and create monthly HR statistic
Assist and handle for the day to day administrative activities
Arrange hotel booking, transportation, accommodation for the visitors & local staffs
Responsible in office maintenance, office equipment & furniture, and office housekeeping & landscaping
Coordinate with HQ in order to support in IT related issues
Supervise and manage office administration (i.e. messenger, maids, office facilities, etc.)
