2. Some information seems confuse Ex. Claim Report or how to change the status from IW to OOW. The system of Claim has been changed to new process but you did not notice us before. we found out and again asked for your support.
3. And a big problem that still hold from your side is Claim System. Why Loxley could not get fully and complete data when we sent the Claim report, when we asked for the error …… no respond from your side. So a lot or RTV still pending since Jan 58… I do serious too.
