Responsible in achieving the Event and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
Manages and administers the Event and Banquet sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
