A quality user experience is comprised of qualitative actions such as desirability, usability, capability, utility, delight, satisfaction, and etcetera. Too many designers believe that they are artistic geniuses – they are not inclined to follow user interface design standards or invest the effort to make their website usable. As a result the mistaken belief is to make the code clever or to use a really interesting color scheme instead. The work of interface designers must contain good form presentation, be sensible and functional. All elements on the screen should please the eye, and at the same time interfaces are not merely art objects. They have work to do. These interfaces encompass not only user accessibility but the execution of functionality. Interfaces need to provide information and clearly indicate the possible courses of action. Good design is indicative of a good balance between usability and artistic presentation. [2] A total of 100 persons aged 17-35 years completed all parts of the study. They came from Beijing, Shanghai, Heilongjiang and Hebei provinces of China. All participants have different education levels and professions. According to the interviews and the actual operation of the site search by the users, we find UI designers need to follow some design principles.
