We have check with PayPal Malaysia during June 2013 about one of our customer transaction, Singapore and Malaysia Receiver will be charge extra about 8-10% Transaction Fee, there's no longer free Personal Payment available. This new policy only applied since early of June 2013.

If customer can cover that extra 10% charge of the payment, we can still deal with customers.
