Web Quest – based instruction is a model of education instruction format that emphasizes inquiry-oriented activities to encourage students to develop skills in analytical thinking, synthesis, evaluation and to create the knowledge by the uses of the information technology based. The Purposes of this research were 1) develop the communicative English Lessons for WebQuest through social networking, 2) Compare 40 students achievement in Communicative English lessons before and after using WebQuest, 3) studies the satisfaction of the students using communicative English lessons on WebQuest. The research tool in this study were 1) Communicative English lessons on WebQuest 2) The learning achievement test with difficulties ranging from 0.20 to 0.80, discrimination power ranging from 0.21 to 0.80 and reliability of 0.72 and 3) The satisfaction of the students who learned via the developed WebQuest-based instruction with discrimination powers ranging from 0.45 to 0.82, and reliability from 0.82 to 0.91. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent. The result of the development and efficiency of Communicative English Lessons on WebQuest through social media has the value at 82.10 / 80.65, which is based on performance criteria set for 80/80. The achievement of student's pre and post studied from Communicative English Lessons on WebQuest through social media was different on statistically significant at .05 level. The overall statistic of student's satisfaction on Communicative English Lessons on WebQuest through social media is = 4.70, S.D. = 0.22, at the highest level
