The target group of the study was riders
on buses for work trips and shopping trips. The attitudes of riders are observed
by questionnaire survey technique and the alternative analysis approaches, Impact
Score Technique and Quadrant Analysis, were introduced. The results from Impact
Score Technique indicated that comfort, driver behaviors, availability of seats, and
convenience for work trips, and comfort, modernity of vehicle, travel time, and
cleanness for shopping trips were the crucial attributes, stated by users, that should
be improved and/or adjusted, respectively.
