Radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy rates were consistently highest among men aged ≥75 years during the study period. In this age group, the surgery rate began to decline in 2010, whereas the radiation therapy rates peaked in 2006 and then declined. The rates of treatment among this age group were more than 3-fold greater than any of the other age groups throughout the study period for both radiation and surgery (Fig. 3).
