Although people respond to stress at several levels, their behavior is the crucial dimension of these reaction. Dealing effectively with stress at the behavioral level may shut down these potentially harmful emotional and physiological reactions. Most behavioral responses to stress involve coping by the results from the questionnaire indicated that the effect of stress on behavior of men will solving problem when they face with problem accounted for 65 percent. Next, they will seek help accounted for 15 percent. Later, they will express aggressive behavior accounted for 13 percent and blaming oneself accounted for 7 percent (see figure 7 on below).
