First of all, I would like to say thank you to your team and you for working hard, now you and team achieve in term of guest satisfaction by driving the resort to be #2 from all hotels in Hua Hin (tripadvisor), think not difficult for you and team to make it as #1 as it used to be.
Regarding the latest results of the Caring for the Team Survey, kindly see the attached, overall scores is 78.19% by 86 surveys (has slightly decreased 1.40%, compare with the results of year 2014).
Please can you share this results with the team and work on an action plan as usual, then present the results on the action plan to all PHH staff. Kindly send the action plan to me, Khun Franck and Khun Phiphatphol (TUC HR & Recruitment Manager) by the 20th July 2015.
