§ Planning and setting up company meeting including supporting IT Director and HR meeting and other arrangements.
§ Coordinating with IT committees, administration department, finance department and external company.
§ Conducting various activities relating to orientation of new employees and running internal training activities.
§ Running interview session and verifying candidates’ documents.
§ Screening candidate applications, selecting candidates for interview process.
§ Supporting the HR function with various tasks including the recording of employee resigned, interview result and Certificate checks, etc.
