As I explained that there is no position allowance like that in the company rule.
If we want to change and/or increase such regulation, it takes time.
So, I adjusted by increasing salary more than other persons. I didn't pay position allowance.
If this adjustment was not satisfied with their requirement, we have to consider another way.
(As I remember, around 6% more than other staffs. it is max adjustment for me. Because, I have to keep fare among all of staffs.)
