Dear Mr. Netipong, dear all,
Attached the report for sales gas test, unfortunately I do not have printer here, as soon as possible I will print it sign it and send again.
About comments:
The unit is ok, valves sealing can afford high temperatures attached the datasheet for valve plate materials, about piston rings they send me soon I will follow up as soon I have in my hands, material temperature limits data are internal do not disclose otherwise you will put me in trouble.
Other valves are in PEEK.
Valves resume, about valves material the important data is the differential pressure ( out-in ) together with the temperature so:
• Third Stage: T max 160°C for a differential pressure of 180 bar
• Second Stage : T max 180°C for a differential pressure of 130 bar
• First Stage : T max 180°C for a differential pressure of 130 bar for HTCX+ material the general advice is to stay under 170°C, in any case first stage is not a problem for us.
About Upgrade Sales GAS:
-put more water until 1.3 Bar
-I did not finish the calculation because here is a mess, I am running in manual filling 12 trucks at the time but I have strategy and some data:
-in order to put down temperatures we need two suction valves this means more capacity but we can play with the suction pressure check if you can PUT DOWN suction pressure for sales gas to 20-21 barg.
-revamping to 80 diameter is necessary otherwise too much capacity, considering 500 rpm and 20 barg suction we can arrive at 637 Nm3/h this is GET compressor bottom line here the data:
First suction pressure 20.543 bar first stage delivery 43.926 bar first suction temp 31.0 °C first delivery temp 84.1 °C
Second suction pressure 42.483 bar Second stage delivery pressure 97.512 bar Second suction temp 52.0 °C Second delivery temp 114.5 °C
Third suction pressure 95.120 bar Third stage delivery pressure 253.187 bar Third suction temp 52.0 °C Third delivery temp 126.0 °C
-Valves
second and third stage ok
first stage suction and delivery we need to change the springs, put only one soft spring in both suction and delivery.
For the moment leave the compressor 90-67 with one valve killed ( as it is now ) but change springs on all valves 1 soft spring for each valve, you send me picture I will guide you.
Then test again.
Then we plan for revamping, at the moment this improvements does not involve additional cost for materials.
About Feed GAS:
-Put water until 1.3 Bar and keep oil pressure under control, send me every day a picture of the HMI screen with all the data at the same day time ( the hottest let say 3 PM )
Sorry if I put all this on this long email but I was like to share the plan with SCT to show that the unit is good and of course I have plan for improvement.
