Job Description:-
Supports the front line sales team by:
Preparing customer quotation, documents, proposals and contracts
Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of sales leads
Analyzing Sales Index and improving sales performance
Preparing Sales reports and business reviews
Acts as an interface between global/regional marketing strategy and country activities across all customer segments
Responsible for marketing role 40%.
Coordinates and adapts global/regional marketing activities on country level based on local market analysis
Ensures marketing execution on country level (incl. organization of customer events and workshops)
Research various sources of potential customer lists
Datamine, analyse, cleanse, upload and assign lead data to Lead Qualifiers via CRM (SAP) tool
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in International Transportation, Logistics, Marketing, Business Development or Related Fields
Broad understanding of global forwarding industry and the knowledge on company’s products
Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, high responsibility for assigned tasks and goal-oriented in a team environment
Experience of working with marketing suppliers and managing budgets
Experience with web maintenance/e-marketing
Capability in branding/market communication
Excellent database management and system knowledge; sufficient user experience of specified tools and processes
Excellent software skills especially MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SAP
Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
