John Mars and siblings Forrest Jr. and Jacqueline own the world's largest candymaker with $33 billion in annual sales. They serve on the board of directors, but have no responsibility for day-to-day operations. Known for its extreme secrecy, Mars was founded in 1911 by their grandfather Frank Mars.
