Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Ensure all documents & correspondences are accurate and appropriate before presenting to Managing Director
Coordinate and collaborate with all levels of related party both internal and external
Handle travel arrangement, schedule, agenda, flight & air ticket, accommodation
Searching and find out data and information as requirement
Assist with business & personal expenses, settle all expense claims from accounting
Screen telephone calls, correspondence mail and handle them appropriately & effectively
Follow up on the progress of works which are assigned by MD and being carried out by other departments
Reviewing and translating company documents
To supporting Managing Director on business and private jobs
