2. Exercise according to your age and requirements. In our modern space age there is a tendency to reduce exercise to a minimun. Make up for this by making every movrment you perform during. Thr day an active movement whether it is lifting,working or walking. Put your muacles to it so that you can get exercise out of your daily activity as well as recreational sports. If you are over 40,don't decide to take up tennis or handball. Get out and walk. Walk briskly. This is an excellent form of exercise. Don't miss any opportunity to swim as swimming utilizes every muscle and joint in your body.
3. Rest, relax. Find out how much sleep you need to feel your beast and then go to bed at a regular hour.
