Toss the garlic and peppers in the mortar and crush it with the pestle until it is in smaller chunks that would mix well with the papaya. Mix in the shredded papaya and the rest of your ingredients. •You only need a pinch of sugar and cut the limes in halves and add sparingly to your taste.
