- Conducting in-house training program in accordance with set standards and facilitating public training program in accordance with requirement of line business.
- Conduct training evaluation, follow-up results and reports (ISO and government required)
- Identify training need and set up training plan
- Keep abreast for available external training, able to select effective courses
- Coordinate in training process
- Responsible Document control Procedure and job HRD.
- Other project assignment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- Female 22- 30 Years Old
- Bachelor's Degree in HRD, Political Science, Social Science or Relate Field
- At least 0-2 years direct experience in Training function.
- Good understanding of training service providers and training administration and evaluation processes
- Good service minded and communication skills.
- Good in English speaking and write
