To investigate the effect of various loadings of RH and bleaching
on the thermal behavior of starch–PLLA, DSC measurements
were carried out.
As most of the processing methods
occur under nonisothermal conditions, the understanding ofpolymer crystallization under dynamic condition is of considerable
importance.49 The crystallization exotherms of blends
are presented in Figure 4.
The characteristic parameters of
nonisothermal crystallization exotherms, such as the crystallization
peak (Tm), the relative degree of crystallinity (Xt), in
terms of DHc (Hc is the enthalpy of crystallization), and width
of half height of crystallization peaks (WHH) are reported in
Table III.
