We are apologize again for this matter . From our review , we were not changing any process to take care your products.
However , we will training staff to strictly be care full for handling / removing your product of each process ( consisting of warehouse and production staff )and we will going on more tighten incoming/outgoing inspection products by QC staff (palletize condition ).
By the way , since some kind of damaged may overlook by our inspection team .
So , please let us get limit sample or information about criteria of damaged cartons justification. (which one is minor or major defect need to be reject )
I already enclosed training record together with customer complaint # 1410001 for your consider .
For more information , current now we still found damaged cartons upon receiving process (not by SIS ) which look like damaged area of your customer complaint as our alert report number below ;
1410021 (report 21 Oct 2014 ) for L035
1410023 (report 22 Oct 1014 ) for L035
1410028 (report 27 Oct 2014 ) for L036
1410031 (Report 29 Oct 2014 ) for L036 .
All above found upon receiving process (Not by SIS ) and please see attached email for reference .
So, Please kindly consider to communicate inside MHCT team since SIS team may could not be 100% inspection all side of boxes.
