We have added technical support so that we are providing a better service than our competitors and finally. we have increased advertising. By this concerted set of actions, we aim to create entry barriers that keep our competitors out, while still allowing us to earn high profits. If we hadn't undertaken the analysis, we would not have acted so quickly or thoroughly, and we might have lost the advantage.
