students towards the PIC at a point in time. Furthermore, the opinions of the students will
also foreshadow the areas of the bilingual immersion rationale that may be perceived as weak
(mean < 3.00) by the students. A missing values analysis was conducted and no change was
needed to the sample size, therefore no missing data treatment was involved. Table 1 shows
the minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation of the perception of students’
towards the PIC. Overall, as we can see from the table, the results indicated that the
impression of the PIC is quite good at an average mean of 3.56. At 3.56, we can assume that
the PIC is an acceptable iteration of an immersion program, but further analysis of each criteria of the immersion rationale warrants inspection.
