Thanks for your answers but I am not comfortable with them:
1) FREQUENCY
The frequency of the incidents is very high (a lot above what I can see in other buildings in Bangkok). Can you ensure me that
- the lifts are up-to-date (materials, security systems...)
- all the investments to ensure the efficiency of the lifts are done
Can you explain me why do we have so many issues? According to me the current frequency is not acceptable.
2) DANGEREOUS
I am very worried about some incidents that are dangerous e.g. free fall of the lift. That is totally unacceptable as I cannot imagine having wounded people in my company because of that.
Can you explain me how is it possible that such things happen as according to me, there is a security brake that has to work even in case of electricity shutdown...
3) LONG WAITING TIME
I can imagine that in some cases, the rescue time could be very long but explain me in the case below, why was it so long? I do not understand. A waiting time of 2 hours has to be EXCEPTIONAL. Was it exceptional? Can you give me some statistics (e.g. 95% of the cases solved in less than 5 minutes...)
