A Management Trainee will learn from a management perspective all aspects of general hotel operations and skills needed to assume a management position. The Trainee will participate in a general hotel rotation throughout all departments and finish with a discipline specialization.

A Management Trainee will be part of a 9-month program defined by 3 phases. The 1st phase will allow Trainee to experience our various business functions such as Marketing & Sales (customers, channel of communication and distributions, promotion campaigns, competition analysis, etc), Business Development (elements of project and project management), Finance & Accounting (budgeting, cost/expenses monitoring and controlling), Human Resources (leadership, tools for human resources management) and lastly Operations (in-depth operational duties, including guests engagement and maintenance). In the 2nd phase, the Trainee will progress to a customized program for focused training. The 3rd and final phase focuses on Supervisory Functional Duties and Responsibilities, and Leadership and People Management.
Upon graduation, the Management Trainee can expect an actual placement of an entry-level manager (or equivalent) in one of our hotels.
