Please be advised that the common practice for global program arrangement with local admitted policy to be issued locally is we must obtain your confirmation on the instruction with the draft policy or the renewal summary of this program for the current policy period for review and verification prior to confirm your office to issue the local admitted policy. The renewal information shall be sent to the client for their information/record upon we receive your confirmation of the program implementation. This has been handled in the same manner with other accounts which the global program has been arranged with Mitsui as a local fronter.
