Gestational transient hyperthyroidism is often associated with hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a relatively
uncommon condition in women during the first and second trimester of pregnancy. It is a transient phenomenon which
resolves itself by the 20th gestational week. This is a report of a case of a pregnant woman with hyperemesis gravidarum and
gestational transient hyperthyroidism who was admitted to a government hospital for 1 month.
