If you're not sure or don't know what the correct version number, You can find it here:
Go to Control Panel, Click "Uninstall a Program" under "Programs" menu.
Scroll down and find "The Sims 4", note the number on the "Version" section. This number will replace the incorrect number in default.ini file.
