Punctuality - all staff are coming in late and this causes problems. Messengers are kept waiting and a whole lot more problems because of lateness. We tell our clients that we are open for business at 8:30 am and often we have no staff at their desks. I have asked Passy and Nong to deal with this, but nothing positive has happened.
Staff and time off - this is not being managed properly.
Quality of staff - again I asked Passy and Nong to sort this, I do not believe we have the right quality staff.
Information to clients - we often give wrong information to clients and this causes problems. We need to be clear on what John is sending out to clients and get a better understanding between you, the client and John.
I want John e-mailing all clients please so we get the English 100% correct. Google translate does not work.
Please update John on the status of ALL clients. Nong promised me ten clients would be ready for audit in January, I am now hearing different stories.
End of month accounts - we need change the way we are doing things (John knows what is needed) and again I thought Passy and Nong were doing this, but it appears not.
We have tried Kita, Passy and Nong and none of this has worked out and improved our company - all it has done is cost money and frustration and added to my stress levels. I can no longer go on with the way things are. There is business out there and we need to get it and be better than our competition and we can be. If we take on new business now, we will just get into a bigger mess.

What do we do about the future? Neither of you are able to sign accounts, yet you both have put in more effort than anyone. So if we get a new manager in, how are you both going to feel about this? I can not and will not go on any longer with people coming in that tell me they can fix everything and make things better, then do exactly what everyone else does and leave us in a bigger mess than when we first started with. I also want you both to have better salaries, benefits and bonuses. We need to make the office better and a lot of other things. And guess what? I would like a salary too.....
