Since FANUC Thailand already changed some parts, so there is nothing to discuss here, the different is,
We change the controller, take back the old controller then no need to repair and pay the FANUC Thailand, FANUC Taiwan will take all the responsibility without charge. But FANUC Thailand already repaired the controller so we have to pay them and can’t get this money back, because we can’t apply the controller warranty now (because customer don’t want this controller and would like to change the new one, when we take back the old controller and install to another machine, we also have to register warranty, but one controller can’t reply two warranty to different customers, therefore we have to keep this controller without warranty till install to another machine.
But now FANUC Thailand already repaired, so we have to pay twice, to FANUC Thailand & controller upgrade, except the customer accept the exist running well controller which repaired by FANUC Thailand, and we compensate them USD 2,000 and apply the warranty to them.
I think my explanation is very clear, no matter what we will pay for all expense due to it is our mistake, remain.
