1. Nok, instead of team viewer. Will create logme-in account for them. Customer remotely login to the system access their reports.
2. You need to request to menumate NZ helpdesk support. We can't create for them. NZ team will do for you.
3. Once customers dial-in they're see only their pos system itself.
