If you’ve not been able to confirm your status as a student to receive your unique promo code, please get in touch with our Customer Care team by clicking here.
When filling out our contact form don’t worry about providing an order number or discount code – these fields are optional. All you need to do is fill out the compulsory sections like your name and email address. Once you filled out these details just let us know your email address needs validating for the student discount code. There’s a box where you can type your query at the end.
We’ll also need to see a scan or photo of your student ID card and, if you’ve been a student for over 6 years, proof of the length of your course. You can add an attachment when filling out our contact form – there’s a button at the end.
