And human resources will never again be the business edges of focusing. The Internet has changed the recruitment process. Excellent recruitment principal is always the first step toward starting each successful company. And digital resume needs to be seriously developed in order to respond to this change. It would be beneficial to have a standardized resume format to apply and hire for employment for any job, anywhere in the world. Such a standardized format would be accepted by job seekers as the best method for representing themselves. Likewise, employers would agree that the standardized format is capable of supplying all necessary information. And Super Resume might be the solution of the world's future standardized digital resume.
Not only will the standardized electronic resume change human resources in terms of recruitment, but also change their training and development point of view. And in order to meet the future trends in HR development programs, HR will pay more attention to the programs that develop employee skills in applying knowledge and problem solving. The old resume format will be inconvenient and limited because HR will come to prefer the digital format, through which they will have better information to scan applications and determine who is to be interviewed.
