After reaching the maximum liquidat

After reaching the maximum liquidated damages for delayed
delivery, the Purchaser shall grant ABB a reasonable extension of
time in writing. If such extension is not observed for reasons within
ABB’s control, the Purchaser shall have the right to terminate the
Contract.
