The suppliers in the auto-manufacturing industry are prone to be smaller than manufacturers and tend to sell to multiple automakers. The most of the auto-manufacturers depend on the supplier’s timely operations and stellar quality. That reason it has long-term contracts joined by strict standards or quality on for the suppliers are exceptionally basic. One of the upper hands of Toyota Co. is strong relationship with the suppliers. For example, the dealing force of supplier is low, the supplier don't possess the ability to change the value, the business sector ruled by huge number of suppliers, the same number of their conventional clients chop down their creation volumes and the changing expenses starting with one supplier then onto the next was low. In this way, Toyota has better than other competitor.
