How do I deal with an order that does not have a valid address? If I cancel it, will my rating be affected?
Amazon policy requires sellers to ship only to the address provided by the buyer in their original order. If you have questions about the mailing address, you may contact the buyer. If the buyer confirms that there is a problem with the address they submitted, do not send the order to a different address from what the buyer originally provided. Instead, you need to cancel the order and the buyer needs to submit a new order with the correct address.
