On behalf of Veritrans, We are many thanks for your always good partner and dedicate service. So, last month our origin customer on warehouse site to access and solve the problem from their cargo and after that they try to manage and find the best solution to continue the work process smoothly and We got feedback from them below it quite negative but not worst. In the term of Service provider We are both got chance to improve the service.
We actually understood the situation and your request as well. The key point of service is transform from Warehouse service to Focus on Sorting process that concern quality control that did not provide in the beginning. So, manpower just call service in worker level and for temporary only. Regarding to the activity operate under Logicom site it great if you can control manpower by yourselves. We believe in the Logicom Team professional and experience in the sorting job in 1 year won’t be useless.
