I feel that Cloud Atlas was ignored by the media because it was a different approach in storytelling, it's probably the most original idea we've had in a long time, and it's something the public wasn't ready for and is not used to. We're all use to the same old unoriginal recipe of most movies and most of us are confused when we see something different like Cloud Atlas. We are all taught to fit in and be the same as everything and everyone else, and when we see something different, we bash on it. It's a damn shame that people are blind and cannot be a bit more open minded and accept and understand things.
