I'm very sorry to read you're not able to access your account. Allow me to share with you that The Gate has migrated their server to Spicy Horse completely. Please follow these steps to migrate your account so you can be able to play:
- Go to the following link to reset your Mobage Password: http://app.mobage.com/forgot.
- Once you have a new password enter to your game and select "Mobage Transfer".
- Login using your credentials and fill in the requested information.
Keep in mind that you have to use the same email you have linked to your Mobage Account. If this option gives you an error, feel free to reply to this email with a screenshot of the error, so we can further assist you.
