The account is on hold, you should have received an email about it already, you just have to reply to the email with the information requested - I have no access to the details of the investigation, so I can't take any action on it.
The email was sent July 5:
"Hello,
We have placed a hold on your account and canceled any pending orders.
You can help us resolve this issue by replying to this message.
We ask that you not open new accounts as any order you place may be delayed."
You just have to reply to that email
