Stir Fried Asparagus with Prawns
Ingredients:
Asparagus cut into 1 inch long 250 g
Peeled prawns medium sized 200 g
Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Seasoning:
Oyster sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Let's get started!
How to make:
Heat the oil in a wok over medium to high heat.
Add garlic. Stir a few minutes or until fragrant.
Then asparagus. Stir fry quickly until slightly cooked or about a few minutes. Add a few tablespoon of water to help cooked quickly.
Add prawns and keep tossing the wok.
Then add the seasonings, stir fry and remove from the heat.
Serve with steamed rice.
