Waxed cardboard milk containers are used to build boats for the Milk Carton Derby in Seattle, Washington. Each entry is made from empty milk cartons that are sealed tight with tape or glue. Then each sealed carton is tested for leaks. The winning boat must float the longest and go the farthest.
