We received your letter describing the problem of Unit no. 12A12’s mattress; color of covered fabric has been changed. So, our company is pleased to offer warranty service by replace the new mattress to your valued client.
However, we would like to confirm that the new mattress still contains the excellent quality as same as the former one. Although, it is different production lots; the color of covered mattress might not be the same and no THE SHINE’s logo, but it does not affect the quality.
