I am surprised no one has replied to my email dated 15th June where I asked for a new quotation and/or a manager to contact me.
While this work is for my personal car I am very surprised at the level of service as the Embassy has its official vehicles serviced by Jaguar as well. I will be asking my colleagues who manage the official cars what their experience is because I would hope it is considerably more positive.
Please could you resend a new quotation today and as requested have someone contact me before 1pm today to discuss the other issues.
