Sea Asia is claiming a lot of damages on oily floorboard and floor board damages. It results in cleaning, washing and heavy repairs. The consignee always deny it which they claimed to unstuff by labour and not forklift. Can you check with shipper whether they use labour for stuffing or forklift?
We will also set SOP to avoid this matter in future. You will have to inform shipper to take photo and inform us if the container is in oily or damaged condition and send a photo to sea Asia POL to inform. You will also need to inform WLS and we will inform sea Asia POD so that they know before eta port kelang. If the shipper or consignee don't inform, we assumed that they have a good container and thereby passing them the claims.
