My supervisor has no leadership and teamwork at all that's the reason why I have to ask her everything. She does neither know how to set up working system nor distributing work to me. For example, The work she gives me is duplicate from what she did completely or if sometimes pass work to me without information or background. She keeps everything and information in herself and has never explained or coordinate with me. A supervisor who is lack of communication and leadership, it is very hard for anyone to work with.
