The study of the dynamic mechanical properties
showed that at temperatures below the glass transition
temperature a decrease of the storage modulus and the loss
modulus of the NR-g-MAH/PP-g-MAH blend. However, an
elevation of Tg of NR-g-MAH/PP-g-MAH blend by 5 C with
respect to that of the unmodified NR/PP, along with the
disappearance of the b transition of the PP phase in the
modified blends, reflected the improvement of the interactions
between the two polymers in the blend
