The department objectives are evaluated on monthly basis. Administration staff have to find the root cause for unachievable targets.
According to internal audit report on May 09, 2013, Internal Auditor recommended that management should establish a formal KPI of fuel consumption for particular machine or truck based on industry standard or historical data. During audit, this KPI has not been established.
The fuel stock adjustment requirement was approved by president properly. The updated memorandum of this subject was on February 04, 2016.
