I will always survey customer satisfaction by question form or choose at random call to customer for ask about the goods of data and maybe the customer will prepare satisfaction with competitor. Survey customer satisfaction can ask customer intention come back buy the goods again, normally if have high customer satisfaction it show my small café shop have good goods and recommend to another people come to use service to my small café shop and I will create new service and new goods for customer so customer will have a lot choice for use service at my small café shop.

Don’t do pre-prepared, never changed sales talk, Speak the customer’s language, Answer every objection clearly and effectively, Be enthusiastic , friendly , and persistent, Be personally supportive of the customer.

2 . Say sorry :
When the customer not satisfaction in our service. First thing, we should say sorry to customer. For example “I’m sorry for this problem , next time, I will do it better .”
3. Ask for more information :
In some case, customer have the wrong order. So we should ask more information from customer to make the satisfaction to customer .
4. Solve the problem in time :
When the customer have some problem we should solve the problem in time. For example : The customer did the glass broken. We should clean it in time .
