Handling non-voice customer service interactions for a leading online content service provider
· Engage in replying to customers over email about queries on the services & product offered
· Engage in social media interactions with customers/ prospects about the services & product offered
· Have an excellent customer service mindset
· Should be excellent in R/W/S skills for the language/(s) that the associate is selected for along with similar English skills
· Should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment
